Optimus Algorithms specializes in custom web development, full-stack web applications, e-commerce solutions, and UI/UX design. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate, formal agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

For client projects, ownership of the final code, designs, and deliverables will be transferred to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment, as detailed in the individual client contract. Until full payment is received, Optimus Algorithms retains full ownership of all created assets.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Optimus Algorithms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Delays or interruptions in the delivery of services due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
